Hydraulic Hoists Supplied for the Pinglu Canal Project

In 2025, we were honored to participate in the Pinglu Canal Project, a key infrastructure project in China's New International Land-Sea Trade Corridor. For the Qishi Navigation Lock (Right Line), we supplied a complete set of hydraulic hoisting equipment to support the safe and efficient operation of the lock gates.

Our scope of supply included two sets of 1,000 kN/1,000 kN hydraulic hoists for the upper miter gates, two sets of 2,200 kN/2,200 kN hydraulic hoists for the lower miter gates, and 16 sets of 3,000 kN/400 kN hydraulic hoists for the service valves. All equipment was designed and manufactured to meet the project's stringent performance and reliability requirements.

Each hydraulic hoist is integrated with our independently developed CPMS-JD Absolute Stroke Sensor, which provides millimeter-level positioning accuracy and excellent resistance to electromagnetic interference. The sensor delivers precise and stable position feedback, ensuring reliable operation even in challenging environments.

By combining advanced hydraulic technology with intelligent sensing solutions, our equipment helps improve the automation and smart operation of the navigation lock system. This project once again demonstrates our expertise in hydraulic hoists and our commitment to providing reliable solutions for large-scale water conservancy and navigation infrastructure projects.
